We all share the sailing experience. This is for daytime yachting; in the evening you will want to explore islands such as Korcula, the home of Marco Polo, or other medieval towns, with a strong resemblance back to Venetian times.Croatia is once again very popular, so don't leave it. Now is the time.
Come and discover the stunning islands off Croatia's coast. From Pula to Dubrovnik, you will be amazed at the islands such as Kornati National Park with 100 islands. Further south are the Dalmation islands including Hvar, Brac, Korcula, Vis and Mljet. You have a large choice of islands with anchorages, marinas and harbours to visit. Most marinas are smart with excellent facilities and there can be mooring charges.
WEATHER: Mainly steady breezes from west and north-west averaging Force 4.
Future excursions are to include sailing out of Split ACI Marina and Trogir using Dubrovnik and Split Airports. Other yachting destinations are the turquoise seas off southern Turkey, the Greek Islands and the British Virgin Islands. I am a qualified R.Y.A. Day Skipper Tidal and hold a Radio Short Range Certificate (many years of sailing experience).
